Your driver will be holding your name on a sign as you exit through the secure area into the baggage claim. His vehicle will be located to the right as you exit the terminal in the commercial vehicle zone. If for some reason you do not see your driver, please call us immediately at 860-808-6688.

When booking online, you agree to a 25% deposit. In the event of a cancellation, 75% of the fare will be refunded to your credit card or PayPal. Any cancellation made within one hour of the ride will be subjected to full fare.

When booking via cash, we will send you an invoice via email for the 25% deposit.

Our online booking system can accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments. Cash or credit card can be paid directly to your chauffeur as well, but we will send you an electronic invoice for a deposit on the vehicle.

Unfortunately, yes, our prices can fluctuate due to demand and inclement weather. An example would be a full flight to Denver gets cancelled and all the limo services in Aspen are contracted out to drive people to Denver. In this situation, we will charge a 25% surcharge.

Late-night (starting at midnight) has a different pricing rubric that is available on request, as well as physically available in the vehicle. Late-night and heavy-volume have roughly a 25% surcharge.

You will always be notified well in advance if we foresee your fare to be more expensive than advertised.

Absolutely! We are skiers here too and know the mountains inside and out. We are happy to provide any advice to take the most advantage of your time in Aspen. Our SUVs are equipped with ski racks designed to accommodate 6 pairs of skis or 4 pairs of snowboards (although more snowboards can fit inside the vehicles).

Pets are always welcome in our vehicles as long as they are well behaved. Any “accidents” in the vehicle will result in a $200 cleaning fee. We are always happy to pull over so that your furry friend may relieve him or herself.

Our vehicles have a strict non-smoking policy. If broken, you will incur a cleaning fee of $100, plus the cost of repairs for any damage related to smoking. If a 420 luxury vehicle is needed for the day, send us an email and we can work something out.

Vaping is acceptable as long as you crack a window.

Your driver is happy to accommodate one brief (5 minute) stop assuming it is not far out of the way. Extra stops and travel time to/from these stops will be billed according to your vehicle’s hourly rate.
